Each player will be evaluated by our coaching staff based on multiple developmental criteria and placed on a team that matches their current level. 

1. We are forming boys' and girls' teams across multiple age groups in both Franklin (Williamson County) and Nashville (Davidson County).

2. Following our recent merger with HEROES Soccer Club (East Nashville), we now offer boys' and girls'  teams in both regions across all age groups

3. Elite Boys Program - National Premier League (NPL)

   • NPL teams will be formed for birth years 2007-2013. composed of top talent from across Middle Tennessee

   • A pre-NPL experience will offered for boys born in 2014 thru 2016.

4. Girls Elite Pathway: We plan to continue building our girls program with the goal of entering elite league competition (NPL or Girls Academy within 1-2 years.

5. Players not selected for the NPL program will be placed on age-appropriate regional teams in either Davidson or Williamson.

6. Top male and female players will be eligible for nomination to the ALBION National Elite Program, providing opportunities to represent ALBION nationally and internationally at high-level tournaments and showcases.
